We are all free to do whatever we want to, and when it comes to finances, we do have rights to choose whatever we prefer to take. Many of us choose to turn to payday lending industry to seek for financial assistance. We have seen how the industry works for their costumers, but it's upsetting to hear that individuals have been calling for a ban on cash advance payday loans at the federal level. Social crusades, regardless how noble the impulse, almost always have consequences that are even worse than the original issue. Everyone s born with human rights, this how freedom exists. The exact same applies to a potential bar on cash advance lending. The effects will not be a net good, and may be even worse than individuals think. For instance, more overdraft fees can be assessed for a lot of individuals, and those get really expensive. There will even be a lot more bounced checks, which could be seriously detrimental. There would be some disastrous consequences for a ban on payday lending that many social crusaders neglect to mention. So, if you do believe that payday lending do a big help to consumers, then fight for it because it's yor right to do it so.
