Dr. Laura quits radio show. Is she hiding behind First Amendment to cover racist remarks?

How is using the n-word, not disparagingly, but purposely, in an attempt to make a point about an individual's attitude toward the word, "racist"?

Now Sarah Palin defends Dr. Laura's use of "N" word on radio. Things have gone from bad to worse.
