Creating Better Citizens
Being a citizen is part of your identity. Mike Hartoonian, University of Minnesota, says that wealth, knowledge and justice are all a part of citizenship. But his definitions of those terms may be different from yours. Let us know if you agree with Creating Better Citizens.

I think people need to look at the word 'Citizen'.
Because Im fairly certain that 'We the People' were a WHOLE LOT better off, when we we all 'Sovereign'.
WAKE UP!!!!
The "wealth" part seems too facile to me. I understand this is not the recent adulation of excess and greed that we are now paying for, but still, who decides what contributes to wealth? If I drill for gas off Virginia's coast, I may add jobs and energy, an indeed create wealth in the usual sense. But what if the end result is global warming that floods Hampton Roads and makes Williamsburg beachfront? Knowledge and justice might kick in at this point, but perhaps a sense of "stewardship" could have saved us from the consequences of wealth.
